Find a REALTOR |

Think about and make a list of
what you will need and want in a home. |

Ask your REALTOR for some name
and numbers of some finance companies. |

|

Get your PRE-APPROVAL LETTER. |
|
|
|
Let your REALTOR know you are
ready to buy a home. At this time it is a good thing to ask your REALTOR if
you could sign an Exclusive Buyers Representation. |

Look at OPEN HOUSES and tell your
REALTOR what you like and don’t like |
|
|
|
Have your REALTOR set up some
showings |
|
|
|
Now you have found that house you
want to make it your home. Its time to make an Offer. |
|

|
Writing an offer to purchase can
be a big step, but that is what your REALTOR is there to help you though. |
|
|
|
Your REALTOR will represent it to
the Listing agent. |
|
|
|
Three things can happen here. 1)Rejected 2)Accepted 3)Counter the Offer |

|
|
If Rejected you can make a new
offer or move on and look for something else. |
|
|
|
If Counter the Offer You and your
REALTOR will review and see if you like the deal or not. You can now Counter
back an Offer. |

If Accepted YEPPIE!! YOU ARE NOW
ON YOUR WAY TO HOMEOWNERSHIP |

Your REALTOR will now set up
dates and time for the Inspections. |
|
|
|
If there is any problem this will
be the time to address them. |
|
|
|
Your REALTOR will order a closing
time and date. Sometime this is done by the listing agent. |
|

You will need to keep contact
with your Finance and your REALTOR. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Finance will need to send over a
conformation of Finance. |
|
|
|
At this time have your REALTOR
double check to make sure everyone has everything they need to get to
closing. |

|
You will need to buy homeowner
insurance. |
|
|
|
You will need to set up utilities
in your name. |
|
|
|
The day of closing you and your
REALTOR will do a finale walk though to make the house is ready for the sale. |
